Shirred in the back, before stretch chest is about 36 in and can stretch up about 41 in
Waist about 29 in and up to about 33 in, this should be good for chest 37 ~ 39 in

****I put a petticoat hoop under the dress, you will need a petticoat to get the full dress look.
I steam ironed the dress for pictures, if there are wrinkles after you unpack it, you can hang the dress and set your iron on low setting polyester/silk then steam the dress.
